The CNC machines are used to machine the metal parts with higher productivity and precision.

Most of these machines work round the clock throughout the year.

The machining of the metal components generates a huge amount of heat which needs to be carried away from the cutting tool and the surface being machined.

The cutting tools and the surface of the component being machined needs to be maintained at a particular range of temperature consistently to achieve the desired tool life and the quality of the components.

CSIPL’s Coolant Chillers offer the best solution to overcome these machining problems.

The Coolant Chillers continuously supply the coolant at the desired temperature thereby increasing the tool life and helping in maintaining the surface quality and accuracy of the components.

We have designed different systems to handle clean coolant and unfiltered (dirty) coolant.

CSIPL offers Chillers for Cutting Oil and Water based coolants.
